ToastGuru is a platform built to help public speaking clubs manage their rosters, meetings, and agendas.

What Information Do We Collect?

• Personal Details: We collect your Name and Email Address to uniquely identify your account and allow you to log in.
• Club Data: Your educational progress, roles taken during meetings, and meeting attendance.
• Passwords: We securely hash all passwords using industry-standard bcrypt encryption. We cannot see your plain-text password.

How We Use Your Information

Your information is used strictly to facilitate the operations of your club. It allows club officers to create meeting agendas, track member progress, and manage club settings.

Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. Your data is only visible to the members and Excom (Executive Committee) of your specific club, and the Global Administrators of the platform.

Your Data Rights (GDPR / CCPA)

You have the right to request the deletion of your personal data at any time. You can delete your account by navigating to your Profile page and clicking "Delete My Account", or by contacting your club President.

Cookies

We use a single, strictly necessary session cookie to keep you logged in securely while you navigate the site. We do not use third-party tracking cookies.
